Chandon Brut Rosé (187 ml) Sparkling California NV
16This Rose is a pretty pink with intense ripe strawberry, juicy watermelon, and fresh red cherry fruit aromas and flavors.
Chandon Rosé is very fond of salmon and tuna sushi, and also goes well with beef, duck, and lamb.
THE Franc, Cab Franc, Lodi, 2018
50Scents of vanilla, cedar and dried herbs rise from the glass. The palate is layered with flavors of black cherry, currant and baking chocolate with hints of cracked black pepper leading to the supple finish.
J Lohr 'Hilltop' Cabernet, Paso Robles, 2018
60Rich aromas and flavors of blackberry, cassis, black cherry, graphite, toasty oak, vanilla and spice.
Stags Leap Winery, Merlot, Napa Valley, 2016
75Lots of boysenberries and blackberries with hints of flowers. Red licorice. Flower petals, too. Full body and round, firm tannins. Beautiful finish. Finishes with black olives and berries
Ojai Syrah 'Bien Nacido' 2017
100This Syrah texture is lithe and dense with flavor. Inky dark fruits and gamy notes appear first, then a nervy thread of cranberry propels the wine through it's earthy landscape of smoky minerals and exotic spices.
Maison d' Amis, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2014
135Flavors of pomegranate, ripe raspberry, and just ripened black cherry, Rutherford dust, and a beautiful silky texture. Nice bits of herbaceous sage, earl grey tea and eucalyptus aromatics. Hints black fruits of plum, blackberry, and currant finishings with a savory, mineral streak.
Bodegas Grupo Yllera 'Vendima Nocturna', Verdejo, 2017
30Ideal as an aperitif and served with our Scallop Crudo, Shellfish Tower, Grilled Oysters, and Branzino
Operation Dragoon, Côtes Du Rhône, 2016
56Coming all from the Gard region of the southern Rhône, it offers lots of blackberry and black cherry fruits, violets, and peppery herbs in a charming, elegant, silky, pure style. It represents a terrific value.
This blend of 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah is the homage to all those people who liberated the Rhone Valley, helping bring peace back to the world.
Sean Minor 'Nicole Marie, Napa Valley, 2017
60Deep ruby in color and displays aromas of ripe blueberry, dark cherry, cassis and vanilla. On the entry, flavors of blueberries and dark cherry combine with hints of oak spices which coat the palate. The soft tannins and sweet oak balance lead to a long and lingering finish.
Jayson Pahlmeyer, Napa Valley, 2017
105Jayson Red Wine displays dense, vivid red color in the glass. Aromas of cherry, blackberry jam, and ripe strawberry play over underlying hints of anise with a warm touch of cassis.
The deep fruit extends over a smooth palate supported by well-integrated tannins.
Flowers Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, 2017
115Wine Spectator 92 pts.
Inviting and expressive aromas of bright red cherry, and raspberry are combined with hints of savory ground clove spice and graham cracker. Nuances of graphite and sea salt bring another dimension that come together with a bright acidity driving a long, lively finish.
